This is the last page in this issue with the dragon language. The phrase said is pronounced "Ha̰ go̰ɑ̰ʀɪ̰ʔṵ xo̰ ʁo̰." and it means "Our debt to you."

...And now that I mention it here, one could wonder how Pinball didn't see it. Well, I use the excuse that zhe isn't looking at the comments when zhe's on panel. I'll stick with that.
