These were drawn over a large amount of time. Some were finished years ago, and I just wanted to wait until I could release everything all at once. Almighty Protectors is actually the most recently drawn, since people were less receptive to the fantasy aspect of these first three issues (and that I wanted to get myself to the point where I could be comfortable drawing them, because this is the series I'd keep if I had to pare it down to just one). Really, issue 2 took the longest, because it was more involved. But, I have up through issue 4 on Tapas, and issue 5 should have gone up on there today, but it's not finished (in part because starting on December 22nd or thereabouts, work first had the holiday break and then started calling me off when it was time to go back because of various things, and I still haven't been able to go back to work, making me nearly broke right now). It will sadly be another one with multiple artists, in part because the artist I got for it is more detailed than some so works slower, in part because of the money issues I have that makes it so Dr Demus (who I was having fill in the un-drawn pages) couldn't be hired for the whole thing and at the same time I have little ability to do it myself with all the time I'm spending trying to find a better job.
Ah well, that should make this version catch up with the Tapas version pretty soon, though.
