That's the end of this issue. Leave a comment below on what you thought of it, or whatever you want to say (respectfully, of course).

As for this page, I created the Head during the same 30 Days of Characters I created a lot of the issue 38 antagonists in. Basically, he's inspired by MODOK or Hector Hammond or the like, a supervillain with a giant head and lackluster limbs. Luckily for him, he can still walk around of his own accord, though. But I imagine he doesn't move fast and tends to waddle. His power is not in his physicality.

Sorry if he looks a little freaky to you. He's not even my weirdest-looking character...
